Design, layout and sourcing are part of the core make-up of our work and so we offer extended interior design and decor services including:

Design consultation
Concept presentation (including mood board with paint colour and fabric swatches)
Sourcing
Guided purchasing or sourcing day
Fabrication (carpentry, upholstered/un-upholstered furniture, sanitaryware, etc)
Upholstery
Manufacture of soft furnishings in-house
Dimensioned plans (not suitable for council submission)

A single design consultation includes a location visit to assess the layout and take notes and references for design or decor suggestions (fee wavered if project commences)

Using 3D modelling software, a layout is assembled and images are exported to illustrate the spacing, lighting and finishes of a space – the fee starts with a single room and is scaled per project after design consultation.

The concept presentation or mood board follows the consultation and leads up to a larger project based on the initial design consultation (fee wavered if project commences)

Using drafting software we can draw up a layout of a space (or spaces) after taking detailed dimensions and apply these to the plan – the fee is a base charge of R2000 plus R100 per square meter. Note, these plans cannot be used for council submission purposes

We can have any items of furniture (built in or free standing) made up or upholstered to your specifications – the fee is cost of manufacture (including materials) plus 20% commission.

Fabrication & Upholstery

Sourcing
